So that the molds are two thirds full.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then bake the mini chocolate muffins in the oven for 17-20 minutes (if you bake the large muffins, they need about 25 minutes in the oven). As always, I recommend the chopstick test to test the cooking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When the chocolate muffins are fully baked, they are removed from the muffin tin and placed on the cooling rack to cool.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Clownmuffins_entstehen\"><\/span>Clown muffins are created<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First, the white chocolate is melted in a water bath.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now dip the surface of the muffins into the liquid chocolate. (If it's easier, you can also brush the muffins with a brush.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now place a Smarti as a colorful clown nose in the middle of the muffin and sprinkle the top edge of the muffin with colorful sugar pearls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once the white chocolate has dried, use sugar writing to trace the mouth and eyes onto the clown muffins. (If you use dark chocolate, it's best to let it melt in a water bath and then put it in a disposable piping bag.
