These wonderfully \u201cchewy\u201d treats are a must for me during Christmas season! Anyone who has been with us here for a while knows that we love cookies at any time of the year (blog post <a href=\"https:\/\/backenmitminis.de\/en\/2023\/05\/19\/cookies-all-year-long\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201eCookies all year long \u2013 12 recipes for the whole year\u201c<\/a>)! Make sure the fudge pieces are distributed throughout the dough.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Roll 1 tablespoon of cookie dough into a ball and place the dough balls on the baking tray lined with baking paper, approx. 5 cm apart.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now sprinkle half of the caramel cookies with coarse sea salt.
