A slightly stiff dough gives the best results. The first time, we tried attaching the stems before baking \u2013 big mistake! The stems tipped over in the oven. So definitely attach them after baking. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Decorate the Mushroom Cookies <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>While the cookies cool, melt the couverture in a water bath. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dip one end of a cookie stem into the melted chocolate and carefully press it into the indentation of the mushroom cap.
