Even the smallest minis can already help with full enthusiasm in gathering and mixing the ingredients. In my opinion, there are two challenges in this recipe: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Grating the pumpkin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Piping the cupcake topping<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>For grating the pumpkin, I recommend using a food processor if you have one. If you\u2019re using a grater, consider whether your minis have the strength and caution to use it safely, as they could get hurt on a grater. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Piping the topping is great fun. My older mini, at five years old, can already manage the piping bag quite well with a little support from me. But if, for example, you don\u2019t have a piping bag or your minis want to decorate the cupcakes on their own, you can always use a spoon to spread the cream. Mix well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add dry ingredients to the egg-oil-juice mixture and mix until homogeneous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fold in grated pumpkin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using a spoon, distribute the batter into the lined muffin tray.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bake for 25\u201330 minutes until muffins are done.
