Today we're baking with lots of love for Mother's Day! These heart-shaped oven-baked Berliners with a strawberry filling will not only make Mom happy\u2014they're also great fun for children to bake!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hand on heart\u2014who doesn't love those soft, delicious Berliners from the bakery? Traditionally, they're deep-fried in lots of oil. A lighter, but just as tasty alternative is oven-baked Berliners. We love these little treats during Carnival, for children's birthday parties, and for just about any special occasion.
