With the negative pressure of the empty plastic bottle, the egg yolk can be easily separated from the egg white by sucking it into the bottle<\/a>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff and set aside briefly.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix the egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar, vanilla extract and margarine with the mixer. The dough should be whipped until fluffy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weigh the flour and baking powder into a second small bowl and mix well. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the flour-baking powder mix to the dough alternately with the milk and mix well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now carefully fold the beaten egg white into the remaining dough using the spatula<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using 2 teaspoons, pour the batter into the prepared muffin cups and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes. Please do the cooking test with the familiar chopstick test, as every oven bakes differently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When the muffins for the vanilla cupcakes are cooked, take them out of the oven and place them on the cake rack to cool. Next to it you spread half of the blue cream. Then repeat this step with the two remaining halves (see picture 4 under \u201cInstructions in pictures\u201d)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The ends of the cling film are long placed on top of each other to form a roll. Take the open ends in one hand each and twist them together so that the foil encloses the cream tightly (see picture 5 under \u201cInstructions in pictures\u201d).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now cut one end open with scissors and fill the cream roll into a piping bag - so that the cut end lies directly against the piping nozzle. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now dab thick dots of mascarpone vertically onto the mini
