You have to keep stirring now. After about 5-7 minutes, the sugar begins to caramelize and becomes liquid again and this time the almond gets the familiar brown \u201ccaramel coat\u201d. It is important that you stir thoroughly as the almonds can burn quickly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finally, let them cool on baking paper - if possible individually so that they don't stick to each other. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Knuspriges_WeihnachtsChrunch\"><\/span>Crunchy Christmas Crunch<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Since I tried it for the first time, it has definitely been one of our favorite Christmas gifts from the kitchen - although... we always like to give it as a gift - not just at Christmas time!
