Meanwhile, the remaining dough stays in the fridge so that it doesn't get too warm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Before cutting out the reindeer cookies, preheat the oven to 175\u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now you and your minis cut as many reindeer out of the dough as possible. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using a spreader knife, place the cut-out reindeer cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper and place them in the preheated oven for approx. 8-9 minutes. The cookies are still a little soft at this point, but will harden as they cool.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Next, the white chocolate is slowly melted in a water bath and poured liquid into a disposable piping bag. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use scissors to cut approx. 0.2 cm off the tip of the piping bag and paint antlers and eyes on the reindeer cookies (you could also dip the antlers in liquid chocolate).
