Meanwhile, the remaining dough stays in the fridge so that it doesn't get too warm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Before cutting out the snowman cookies, preheat the oven to 175\u00b0C.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now you and your kids cut out as many round circles from the dough as possible. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using a spreading knife, place the cut-out circles on a baking tray lined with baking paper and place them in the preheated oven for approx. 8-9 minutes. The cookies are still a little soft at this point, but will harden as they cool.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Next, slowly melt the white chocolate in a water bath. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now your kids brush the cooled snowman cookies with the melted chocolate and decorate each cookie with a chocolate carrot nose and five small chocolate buttons as a mouth.
