60ggewürfelte Karamellfudge (Falls du keinen Karamellfudge in der Backabteilung findest, kannst du auch weiche Karamellbonbons in kleine Würfelchen schneiden.)

Instructions
Heat oven to 175°C.
Mix flour, salt and baking powder in the small bowl.
Beat the butter, sugar and brown sugar with a hand mixer until the butter becomes light in color.
Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture and mix well.
Add the flour mixture to the dough in portions and stir in.
Finally, fold the caramel fudge into the batter. Make sure the fudge pieces are distributed throughout the dough.
Roll 1 tablespoon of cookie dough into a ball and place the dough balls on the baking tray lined with baking paper, approx. 5 cm apart.
Now sprinkle half of the caramel cookies with coarse sea salt. You can bake the other half for the minis without salt (fun fact: one of my minis especially loves the sea salt on the cookies!).
The caramel cookies are now baked 12-14 minutes until golden brown.
Then let the cookies cool on the tray and enjoy together!
