Half of the liquid chocolate is poured into the silicone mold and pulled up the edge by 2-3 cm.
While the chocolate is setting, cut the dough strands into approx. 2-3 cm long threads with a knife.
The butter is then melted in the pan and the dough strands are toasted in the pan until golden brown.
The golden brown toasted dough strands are placed in a mixing bowl together with the tahini and pistachio cream and mixed well. The Dubai chocolate filling is now ready!
In the next step, the filling is spread over the dried chocolate and pressed a little firmly. You should make sure that the filling is not higher than the chocolate edge, otherwise you will not be able to completely cover the filling with chocolate.
Finally, the rest of the liquid chocolate is distributed over the filling of the Dubai chocolate and the filling is completely covered in chocolate.
Now the chocolate should dry in a cool, dry place for a few hours.
When the chocolate is completely dry, you can carefully press it out of the silicone mold and decorate it as you wish: we decorated the Dubai chocolate with pistachios and golden glitter!
