If you make the chocolate eyes for the Halloween cake yourself, you should start with this. Melt the white chocolate in a water bath, put the liquid chocolate in a disposable piping bag and make white circles of different sizes on the baking paper. Then melt the dark chocolate in a water bath, put it in a disposable piping bag and paint small pupils on the white chocolate circles. Now just let it dry and you'll have lots of different chocolate eyes.
Preheat the oven to 175°C top/bottom heat (fan oven 160°C).
Grease the springform pan or cover the bottom with baking paper.
For the dough, mix butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time and stir in.
Add cream cheese and stir.
Add flour, baking powder, cocoa and salt and mix briefly to form a smooth dough.
Pour the dough into the springform pan and bake for 45 minutes. Please do the cooking test with the chopstick sample.
After the chocolate cake is baked, take it out of the mold and let it cool on the cooling rack.
Spread the cooled chocolate cake with the melted icing and decorate with chocolate eyes and sugar sprinkles as desired
