Equipment

  • 1 Streichmesser
  • 1 Schneidebrett
  • 1 Küchenmesser
  • 1 Stern-Keksausstecher
  • 1 kleines Schüsselchen
  • 1 Backpinsel
  • 1 mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech
  • 1 Gabel

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Stk. TK-Pizzateig
  • 3 EL Tomato paste
  • 125 g Mozzarella (oder Mini Mozzarella-Kugeln)
  • 2-3 TL Pizzagewürz (alternativ Salz, Pfeffer & Oregano)

Instructions
 

  • The pizza dough is rolled out and spread with tomato paste and seasoned.
  • The mozzarella is cut into small cubes.
  • Anschließend werden die Mozzarellastückchen auf einer Hälfte des Pizzateigs mit ca.2 cm Abstand verteilt.
  • Now fold the unlined side of the dough exactly over the lined side and press it down a little.
  • Now the oven can be preheated to 200°C (follow the temperature on the pizza dough package instructions).
  • Mit dem Sternchen-Ausstechen werden nun kleine Sternchen um die Mozzarella-Stückchen ausgestochen und auf das mit Backpapier ausgelegte Backblech gelegt.
  • The edges of the stars should be pressed a little with your fingers or a fork so that the cheese doesn't leak out while baking.
  • The egg is then whisked in a small bowl and spread over the stars with a brush.
  • Anschließend werden die Sternchen ca. 15 Minuten nach Packungsanleitung gebacken.
