The Easter holidays start in one week – the perfect time for baking with children, crafting ideas, and shared family moments. To make sure we enjoy creative time together, my minis and I have put together an Easter bucket list.
Since the first school holidays of my big mini, it has become a little tradition for my minis and me to write a bucket list for the holidays to create lots of wonderful shared moments. Over time, this has turned into a seasonal bucket list. Of course, we try to accomplish as many items as possible during the holidays—but not all of them. After all, it shouldn’t turn into stress!

Why an Easter bucket list with kids is so much fun
Our little tradition is meant to be a collection of activities and experiences that make the holiday season extra special. It helps us shape the holidays more consciously and create beautiful memories. Whether it’s decorating in a spring theme or going on an outing to see baby lambs—the list can include anything we wish for!
The minis and I write down our ideas and wishes, and then we see which ones we can realize together. As with all our lists, the goal is not (and never can be) to check off everything on the Easter bucket list—some wishes and ideas are allowed to remain open! That’s something you should explain to your minis as well to avoid unrealistic expectations.
We’ve already shared some of our holiday bucket lists on the blog with you and your minis. They are meant to inspire you—and so is this Easter bucket list! In those posts, you’ll see that we checked off many items, but also left some for the next holidays. In general, a bucket list is a wonderful way to gather all the activities you want to do together and revisit them again and again. This makes it more likely that they won’t be forgotten—and that beautiful shared experiences will be created. Even just sitting down together and creating the list brings a lovely sense of togetherness!
Have fun creating your own Easter bucket list!
