Healthy chocolate rolls for the lunchbox: easy recipe with low-fat quark & spelt flour – without industrial sugar, perfect for kids.
Last week, we started the small series “Healthy Snacks for the Lunchbox” with the recipe for the protein-rich granola bars .
The low-fat quark makes the chocolate rolls especially moist and provides an extra portion of protein. The small dark chocolate drops add just the right amount of sweetness to the kids’ lunchbox.
This creates a healthy snack break that your children will enjoy and that gives you the good feeling of packing a balanced lunchbox.
