Preparation
In the first step we bake the yoghurt bundt cakes. While the little treats are cooling down, we will concentrate on the fondant ears.
We bake yogurt bundt cakes
- Wash out the silicone baking mold with cold water and preheat the oven to 160°C top/bottom heat
- Beat the eggs and stir together with the sugar and vanilla sugar for 5 minutes until frothy
- Stir in flour, baking powder and sunflower oil
- Add yogurt and mix
- Pour the batter into the mini bundt pan using a teaspoon
- Bake mini bundt cakes for 10-12 minutes at 160°C top/bottom heat (use the stick test to see whether the bundt cakes are baked through)
- Let the finished baked Bundt cakes cool in the silicone baking mold on the cooling rack

We decorate Easter bunny bundt cakes
While the Bundt cakes cool in the silicone baking mold, we take care of the sweet decoration.
- Form 40 equally sized balls from the white fondant
- Then roll the ball between your hands until it is approx. 3 cm long. Use your fingers to carefully squeeze one end of the roll into a point and fix half a toothpick in the other
- Carefully paint the middle of the ears with a little liquid food coloring.

Now that the bunny ears are finished, let's put our bunny together.
- First, carefully press the cooled yogurt bundt cakes out of the silicone baking mold
- Now let the ruby chocolate slowly melt in a water bath
- Carefully dip the “tip” of the yogurt bundt cake into the melted chocolate and slowly stick two fondant ears onto each bundt cake so that they become Easter bunny bundt cakes
- Finally, your mini can decorate them with pretty sprinkles. We put small butterflies on some of their ears as “bows”. My minis are convinced that these are the “girl bunnies” 😉

We hope you and your minis have lots of fun baking, shaping and decorating!
Yours, Lia
